今天小編要來跟大家分享學英文時台灣學生最困擾的問題就是“發音”啦！

雖然每一個語系的發音都有所不同,

但是在使用國際語言英文時,發音卻很重要至少不可以犯下糗人的發音錯誤喔！

接下來小編先讓大家來當在講英文時如果發音不準確會有什麼糗事呢？順便考考同學們敏銳的聽力

The Italian Man Who went to Malta

不知道各位同學有沒有聽懂呢？

現在就帶大家一起來解析這位Luigi先生到底說了什麼造成了什麼誤會～

One a day I'm gonna to Malta to big a hotel. 

In a morning I got down to eat a breakfast. 

I tell a waitress: "I wanna two pieces of toast." 

She brings me only one piece. I tell her: "I wanna two piece." 

She says: "Go to the toilet." 

I say: "You don't understand? I wanna two piece[pis] in my plate." 

She says: "You better no piss[pɪs]in a plate, you son of a bitch!"

I don't even know the lady and she call me son of a bitch. 

Later. 
I go to eat to a bigger restaurant. 

The waitress brings me the spoon, the knife but no fork [fɔrk] . 

I tell her: "I wanna the fork." 

She tells me: "Everybody wanna f*ck[fʌk]." 

I tell her: "You don't understand? I wanna the fork at the table." 

She says: "You better not fuck at the table you son of a bitch!" 

So I go back to my room in a hotel and there is no sheets[ʃit]on the bed. 

Call the manager. I tell him: "I wanna sheet." 

He tell me: "To go to the toilet." 

I say: "You don't understand? I wanna sheet on a bed." 

He says: "You better not shit[ʃɪt] on my bed you son of a bitch." 

I go to the check out and the man at the desk said: "Peace on you!"

I said: "Piss on you too, you son of a bitch." 

I'm gonna back to Italia, Arrivederci*

同學們有發現什麼不同了嗎？

沒錯就是這位義大利老兄老是把音標中的[I]和[i]搞混

在音標中大寫的I因該是要發短母音而小寫的i則要發長母音

所以當我們發錯音時就容易造成這些糗大的誤會

在英文為母語的人耳裡聽起來真的很不堪入耳呢！

另外補充兩個英文較為口語的用法就是文章中橘底的兩個單字

wanna其實就是want to"想要"而gonna就是going to"將要"的意思

最後最後看到最那個粉紅色底的單字了嗎？
